Quality Technician Position Summary
The Quality Technician will perform advanced dimensional and visual inspections for various manufacturing processes. This role will also perform inspections using various methods and equipment, complete appropriate quality records within company and GMP guidelines, policies, and procedures.
1st Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Responsibilities
Quality Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform inspections in support of first article, gage R&R, and process capability studies
- Audit and train employees in the proper use of inspection equipment and documentation
- Interpret SPC results
- Manually operate and program various precision testing equipment including but not limited to tool scope, CMM, and vision systems
- Effective organizational, oral and written communication skills to facilitate an effective working relationship with customers, suppliers, and coworkers
- Recommend changes to quality documentation
- Perform key responsibilities of a Quality Inspector
- Read and comply with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists
Qualifications
Quality Technician Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance
- Knowledge of inspection equipment use and maintenance
- Intermediate GD&T knowledge
- Problem analysis and solving

Cretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.
Pay Range
USD $22.40 - USD $32.50 /Hr.Company Benefits

20 hours:
