What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager Regulatory position at RMS Computer Corporation?
Our client, a leading global financial services company, has approximately 200 million customer accounts and does business in more than 140 countries. They provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage, transaction services, and wealth management.
Must have RECENT experience in global markets (must be within last 3 years) & large scale regulatory change experience and not too tech heavy.
NYC 3 days a week-hybrid
Markets Transformation is working with ICG Transformation and ICRM on the remediation of Article VII (Compliance) of the 2020 Consent Order. The Senior PM / PMO is expected to provide project management support for the program by :
- Preparing concise Markets activity / progress reports adjusted to the audience
- Providing check and challenge on activity / progress reports by ICG and ICRM
- Utilizing best practice PMO methodology (e.g., maintain plans, risk and issues, etc) that fit stakeholders needs
- Driving end results of the project as a representative of Markets
- Facilitating remediation-related engagement with the Markets product lines
- Proactively tracking project progress against goals
- Possess the knowledge, skills and experience to be able to recognize when problems surface or potential problems are looming
- Clearly articulating problems, bringing the right people together to solve problems and knowing when it has been properly addressed and closed
- Promotes partner involvement through effectively communicating project status across a varied set of stakeholders
- Defining, teaching, and enforcing the use of good project management practices (i.e., resolving complex, interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks that are documented, monitored and controlled)
