• Transporting Clients : Pick up and drop off passengers to medical appointments, dialysis centers, and other non-emergency locations.
• Assistance with Boarding : Helping clients get in and out of vehicles, especially those with mobility challenges, while ensuring their safety.
• Route Management : Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely arrival.
• Vehicle Maintenance : Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition for each trip.
• Record Keeping : Maintain logs of client pickups, drop-offs, and other important details.
• Client Interaction : Offer compassionate, respectful, and patient service, ensuring clients' comfort throughout the trip.
