The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP GRC PC implementations, internal controls, risk management, and compliance management. Key Responsibilities:
- SAP GRC Process Control Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of SAP GRC Process Control to design, configure, and deploy internal control management frameworks across the organization.
- Internal Control Management: Assist in identifying and evaluating internal controls, ensure the implementation of best practices for control design, testing, and monitoring.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, ensure appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risks, and work with stakeholders to manage residual risk.
- Compliance Monitoring: Support the development and implementation of compliance monitoring tools and processes to ensure the organization meets regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Audit & Reporting: Lead the audit process by maintaining continuous monitoring of controls and risk management activities. Generate periodic reports and dashboards for stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Automation and Workflow Management: Develop and automate workflows to streamline GRC activities and improve process efficiencies.
- Policy Development & Review: Collaborate with the policy management team to develop and review policies related to internal controls and compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure alignment of GRC processes with business objectives.
- Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to internal teams on SAP GRC PC functionality and best practices. Document processes, controls, and workflows for internal use.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in SAP GRC Process Control (PC) and/or Governance, Risk, and Compliance management.
- Strong experience in SAP GRC Suite, including SAP GRC Process Control, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
- In-depth understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, compliance regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and audit practices.
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA integration and technical configuration for GRC processes.
- Experience with SAP Risk Management (RM) and Audit Management (AM) modules.
- Ability to design and implement workflow automation using SAP GRC tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certifications like SAP GRC, ISO 27001, or related security certifications are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based GRC solutions.
- Project Management experience and familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies and compliance frameworks.
