Job Title: Lead UAT Tester (Automation Testing with SharePoint) Location: Plano, TX (Onsite 3x a week) Project: BAU Support for CIMA and Audit Core Platform Applications
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Lead UAT Tester to support CACR and Legal Platform testing requirements. This role involves End-to-End (E2E) Testing, UAT Scripting, and SharePoint development for a critical project in a fast-paced, Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Automation Testing, Agile Methodology, and database testing.
Responsibilities:
Develop use cases and test scripts for end-to-end testing and validate data flow.
Differentiate between functional and user testing requirements and document UAT test scripts.
Collaborate with the business to ensure continuous improvement in test coverage.
Work with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage and traceability of UAT scripts.
Manage and maintain SharePoint usage for UAT testing.
Design and develop database end-to-end testing flows to validate data integrity.
Report deviations and defects for each release cycle.
Triage defects with feature teams and assist in root cause analysis.
Follow SDLC and STLC for each release cycle.
Develop automation processes for executing UAT scripts in LLE and production.
Provide daily compliance and test reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of UAT testing and end-to-end testing experience.
Strong background in Automation Testing and SharePoint development.
Proficient in Agile tools (Jira, qTest, Octane).
Experience in database testing, data flow testing, and UAT scripting.
Familiarity with CCAR and Legal platform testing.
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Batch Jobs.
Root cause analysis and defect triage experience.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
