We are looking to add to our team in our Machine Shop! Our Ideal Team Member will share our Core Values, has machining experience (or is willing & excited to work in machining), and has a hunger to develop their skill.
This is an entry to mid-level position and for the right Team Member could be the launching point to grow into a variety of roles as we are strong believes in cross training and continuously developing our team!
Here is what you will do :
- Pick & Stages Rolls for Upcoming Jobs.
- Inspect and Prep Rolls by Verifying Roll Spec’s such as Shaft Lengths & Diameter, Number of Corrugations, Total Run Out, & Required Machining Operations.
- Set Up Machines such as Cylindrical Grinders, Corrugators, Planners, Lathes, & Dynamic Balancer to Meet Required Roll Spec’s.
- Operate Machines such as Cylindrical Grinders, Corrugators, Planners, Lathes, & Dynamic Balancer Ensure Machines Run at Optimal Effectiveness and Efficiency.
- Conduct Quality Assurance Checks to Ensure Parts Meet Job Specifications and Document Necessary Information.
- Stage Completed Rolls and Parts for Upcoming Jobs.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance Checks, Repairs, and Cleaning of Machines.
