Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) seeks an experienced Anesthesiology Residency Program Director to oversee its fully accredited program. This leadership role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experts, drive curriculum development, and mentor faculty and trainees at Oregon's top-ranked healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead a fully accredited Anesthesiology Residency Program as Program Director at OHSU
  • Deliver administrative and educational leadership in a nationally recognized academic institution
  • Oversee curriculum development, faculty supervision, and compliance with ACGME standards
  • Mentor faculty, chief residents, and trainees in a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Teach and supervise residents at a Level I trauma center with advanced technology and patient care facilities
  • Collaborate with leading experts in anesthesiology and perioperative medicine to develop innovative programs
  • Access resources for academic growth, including cutting-edge research and professional development opportunities

Minimum Requirements :

  • Completed a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency training in Anesthesiology
  • Possess or be eligible for an Oregon Medical Board license
  • Hold an appropriate OHSU medical staff appointment
  • Have specialty board certification through the ABA with active participation in the MOCA program
