Field Coordinator

Summary
The Field Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks, customer relationships, field coordination, driving and transporting assets, inside sales, attending networking events, and tradeshows.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for review, timely distribution of tickets for services, maintaining communication with customers on approval status, and reporting to company AR team and Director of Operations
- Responsible for annual UTERO permits and applications and ensuring DHI is compliant
- Perform administrative tasks to support business operations
- Utilize company’s Field Service Asset Management Software which connects accounting, field operations and office management.
- Communicate with corporate AR team as needed and directed
- Preparation of reports as requested or direct by Director of Operations
- Frequent visits to existing customers job locations making sales calls to maintain customer relationships and identify new opportunities
- Ability to be productive while work remotely
- On call status, taking calls after normal business hours
- Attend networking events, conference, and trade shows
- Outside sales with current and prospecting new customers
- Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned by Director of Operations
- Daily communication with Director of Operations
- Required to operate class A motor vehicles when needed to keep up with customer demand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint require
- Ability to become an advanced Field FX (Sales Force)
- Experience with Frac Tanks
- Strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to collaborate with district and corporate teammembers
- Competent written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Class A CDL motor vehicle license
- Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education
Physical Demands
- Physical demands include long hours driving across large geographical area sitting, standing, walking, lifting
Work Schedule
- This position is working Monday-Friday during the day and requires a minimum of 40 hours per week and can expect text, email, and phone call communications from the team 7 days per week.
- Overnight stays away from home can be expected.
