Role : Physical Therapist - Home Health
Role Responsibilities :
- Required to prioritize start of care visits
- Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
- Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
- Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
- Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
- Be generally responsive during normal business hours
Requirement : CA PT License and one year of Home Health experience
Territory : Sacramento, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed)
Schedule : 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and one weekend a month rotation
Training : 3 full days, one in house and two in the field
