Position: NP-Family Practice
Shift: Day
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Gross: $ 4,500 (based on 36 hours)
Weekly gross $ 5,380 (Based on 48 hours)
Misc. and I E : $ 900 (non-tax weekly)
Lodging : $ 1000 per week
Hourly $ 65/hour
OT Rate: $ 110/hour (after 40 hours)
MUST BE LICENSED IN WISCONSIN
Referral Bonus from $500 up to $2000!!
