Job Description
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets within the designated territory, focusing on retail and restaurant accounts in Broome, Cortland, Tioga, Tomkins, and Cayuga counties.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with retail and restaurant accounts, demonstrating a passion for cultivating and nurturing these partnerships.
- Effective Presentations: Deliver compelling product presentations to customers, showcasing the unique features of our brands and closing sales successfully.
- Maintenance and Support: Oversee pricing, shelf positioning, and visual appeal of products in stores to optimize sell-through and support account success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One to two years of related experience and/or training.
- Valid driver's license mandatory, with acceptable to good driving record.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 40 pounds.
- Self-starter with strong communication, interpersonal skills, and excellent customer relations skills.
