About the Role
The Bridge Foreman leads, directs, and works alongside the project trades and labor crew to coordinate the execution and completion of construction labor tasks related to bridges and complex concrete structures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate task schedule and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to maintain a clean and organized working environment.
- Adherence to the work site safety program; identify and report/correct any unsafe behavior on the site or hazardous conditions.
- Support and drive utilization of various company initiatives and technologies.
- Lead and develop the project labor team through training, coaching, and mentoring and ensure regular feedback is shared with team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D; Carpentry Trade School Certificate.
- 5 years of civil bridge construction experience.
- Proficiency with software, such as B2W and Procore a plus.
- Experience in bridge building activities, including but not limited to grade control, form work, pour/place/finish concrete, as well as sub-base installation, storm drainage installation, minor utility installations, embankment, rebar installation, critical lift execution, and excavation.
- Willingness to travel.
