Primary Responsibilities:

- Perform regular on-site inspections to verify that work meets all quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze test results on construction materials to ensure they meet required specifications.
- Inspect finished work for compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, including findings and any issues identified, to the Quality Control Manager or project management team.
- Document non-conformances and assist in tracking corrective actions to ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
- Verify that construction materials are received, stored, and used according to specifications and quality standards.
- Work closely with project team to communicate quality requirements and address any quality concerns.
- Assist the project team in implementing corrective and preventive actions for quality issues as they arise.
- Provide feedback to construction teams on areas of improvement related to quality standards and best practices.
- Follow standard quality control procedures and safety regulations to ensure construction processes align with the company’s quality standards.
- Help maintain and update quality control guidelines, checklists, and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Ensure that quality control activities are performed in a safe manner, adhering to all site-specific safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction quality and safety.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall quality of construction operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in quality control, construction inspection, or a related field.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with construction codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues and defects.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the project team.
- Ability to perform inspections, testing, and audits in a construction environment.
