About the Role
RNGD (and its affiliated brands) is seeking a Marketing and Content Coordinator to join our in-house team. This position is a key member of the marketing team and will support the execution of the corporate and project specific marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness and engagement through effective social media strategies. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms.

Primary Responsibilities
- Proposal Coordination
- Assist in managing the full proposal development process from initiation to submission.
- Read and analyze requests for qualifications (RFQs) and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Work closely with preconstruction and operations teams to develop proposal content that effectively communicates our capabilities and differentiators.
- Edit and refine proposal content for clarity, consistency, readability, and compliance with requirements.
- Maintain and update a library of proposal content, including past project descriptions, resumes, and key company information.
- Marketing Support
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, project case studies, and digital content.
- Support brand consistency across all proposals, marketing collateral, and business development materials.
- Develop written and visual content for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Create monthly content calendar for social media across all platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Capture and create new social media content in office, across active job sites, and company / industry related events. This includes both photography and videography content.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making recommendations for optimization.
- Event and Business Development Support
- Assist in planning and executing client and industry events, including proposal-related presentations and networking opportunities.
- Support internal communications and employee experience initiatives, including company events and recognition programs.
- Assist with organizing groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and other milestone events that showcase RNGD’s projects and achievements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field; on the job training and experience welcomed in lieu of a degree
- Prior experience in Marketing, proposal coordination, communications, public relations, or related field.
- Experience working in the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) industry preferred by not required
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical content into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Experience with CRM and content management systems is a plus.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A passion for storytelling and brand-building through marketing and proposals.
