Position: The Client Care Associate will be primarily responsible for supporting the construction team and warranty manager with a variety of tasks. These tasks may include, but are not limited to: carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, paint, landscaping, and general handyman work. A successful Client Care Associate will produce high-quality maintenance and provide excellent customer service.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Occasional Saturdays as the workload demands)

Position: The Client Care Associate will be primarily responsible for supporting the construction team and warranty manager with a variety of tasks. These tasks may include, but are not limited to: carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, paint, landscaping, and general handyman work. A successful Client Care Associate will produce high-quality maintenance and provide excellent customer service.

Client Care Associate role:
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks on construction sites
- Conduct a weekly inspection of all homes under construction to confirm they look great from the eyes of the client before the weekend.
- Support the construction team and warranty manager with different tasks such as drywall repairs, paint, cleaning, and moving materials.
- Maintain all active model homes, inventory homes, and offices. This includes general maintenance, landscaping, and miscellaneous activities.
- Conduct minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work as needed
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a handyman, laborer, or similar role in the construction industry
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, and paint.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A valid driver's license with a good record, (Employer will provide a company vehicle to be used during work hours)
