We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Work Foreman to oversee and manage the daily operations of civil construction projects. The Foreman will be responsible for coordinating site activities, supervising crews, and ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project plans, schedules, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive knowledge of civil construction processes, including excavation, grading, utilities installation, and roadwork.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Supervision
- Ensure team members understand project goals, timelines, and safety standards.
- Conduct daily site meetings to assign tasks and review progress.
- Project Execution
- Manage excavation, grading, stormwater management, utility installation, paving, and other civil site work.
- Monitor and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and project milestones.
- Safety and Compliance
- Conduct site inspections and proactively address hazards.
- Maintain and promote a safe work environment for all personnel.
- Equipment and Materials Management
- Monitor material inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
- Verify material deliveries and maintain accurate records.
- Quality Assurance
- Resolve on-site issues, including technical challenges and workforce conflicts.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of daily activities and progress.
- Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Education : High school diploma or GED; technical training or certification in construction management is preferred.
- Skills :
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with construction tools, machinery, and equipment.
- Certifications : OSHA certification, First Aid / CPR, or other safety training preferred.
- Physical Requirements : Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, lift heavy materials, and work long hours as required.
