MIT Position Summary:

**CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE/WILLING TO RELOCATE (WITHIN TEXAS) AS STORE OPPORTUNITIES BECOME AVAILABLE.

Our MITs train to be directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination, and performance of a store. A successful MIT will learn and demonstrate the proper execution of outlined sales and marketing activities, account management initiatives, and shop operations at the store level while delegating certain responsibilities to their respective team members. MITs are expected to come in and learn the business, gain proficiency, and perform to win every day!

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Pass drug screen and background check

Prior experience in sales, retail, automotive, account management is very helpful to the success of this opportunity. This position aims to train store managers for future store expansion.
