Job Summary:
As an Account Manager at RNR Tire Express, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to customers whose Rental Agreements have expired, working to renew these agreements, and guiding them through the process. The focus will be on educating the customer and providing them with valuable service, rather than simply collecting payments. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer service, problem-solving, and account management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the verification process for all new potential customers.
- Present rental agreements to customers, ensuring they understand the terms and details.
- Process payments via cash, credit/debit card, money order, and other methods.
- Make outbound calls to customers with delinquent accounts, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Utilize customer references to re-establish communication with customers.
- Occasionally handle field collections and de-installations of merchandise.
- Identify opportunities to recapture past-due business and assist customers returning merchandise.
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the company's Point of Sale (POS) system to track customer histories.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ability to perform basic calculations, including late fees, discounts, and percentages.
- Ability to apply instructions effectively, whether oral or written.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and computer skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- Proactive in managing individual customer accounts.
- Ability to work autonomously and develop strategies to manage delinquent accounts.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
