RNS is a locally owned and managed company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City area and are looking for caring, dependable, team-oriented individuals interested in earning the highest rate in the industry.
Looking for individuals who can work at least 24-40 hours a week.
Qualifications:

Shifts:some weekend availability, some holiday availability, working with pets when required.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Licensed driver with a clean driving record .
- Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state and/or RNS' policies.
- Cellphone with internet and texting capabilities amd cell phone skills.
- Daily access to RNS’ email.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Complete all physical and mental demands for described position.
- Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RNS case manager.
- Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, client’s family and team members.
- Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management, transportation and errands as needed for client.
- Complies with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and some weekend and holiday availability policies.
- CPR certified or certification required within 90 days of hire.
- TB test (current) or required within 90 days of hire.
- Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed.
