CAREGIVER / CNA-Overnights- In-Home Care
RNS Private Duty Care – Kansas City
20-$21 (based on experience / availability)
RNS is a locally owned and managed company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City area and are looking for caring, dependable and team-oriented individuals interested in earning the highest rate in the industry.
Flexible scheduling available. We have a no sleeping policy.
Qualifications :
High School Diploma.
Licensed driver with a clean driving record and adhere to RNS’ Vehicle Safety Program.
Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state and / or RNS' policies.
Cellphone with Internet and texting capabilities and cell phone skills.
Daily access to RNS’ email.
Knowledge of the English language.
Complete all physical and mental demands for described position.
Has corrected vision and hearing with normal range.
Responsibilities :
Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RNS case manager.
Ability to establish and maintain harmonious relations with the client, client’s family and team members.
Has working knowledge of home safety.
Complies with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies
Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management. Transportation and errands as needed for client.
CPR certified or certification within 90 days of hire.
Current TB test or tested within 90 days of hire.
Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed.
Participates in staff meetings and in-servicing.
Caregiver of the month awards; Holiday pay; Continuity of care with our clients.
Job Type : Part-Time / Full-Time
Work authorization : United States (Required)
Shifts : some weekend availability, some holiday availability. Work with pets when necessary
