JT Solutions Group LLC Staging Agency is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Day or Night Shift RN Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center in Mechanicsburg. As an essential member of the healthcare team, you will play a critical role in supervising and coordinating patient care during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and oversee nursing staff during the night shift to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
3. Monitor patient progress and advocate for necessary changes in treatment plans.
4. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to policies, protocols, and best practices.
5. Respond promptly to emergencies and take appropriate actions to stabilize patients.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
7. Serve as a resource for nursing staff, assisting in complex patient cases and addressing any concerns or questions.
8. Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
9. Other tasks and duties as requested.
Requirements:
1. Valid and unrestricted RN license in PA.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN in a rehabilitation or acute care setting.
3. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
4. BLS certifications.
5. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
8. Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts for a guaranteed 36 hours per week.
9. Willingness to commit to a temporary assignment of 3 months, with a high likelihood of renewal.
