Job Impact
Health care is an around the clock industry. As a member of Ro Health's Support 365 Team, you will be an extension of our office teams and will help to maintain the high level of service we deliver our Clients and Providers. You will be responsible for the crucial functions of scheduling and preparing employees for assignments caring for medically fragile children, needy populations and elderly patients. This means dealing with urgent and often stressful situations on a regular basis. You will also play a large part in a variety of important office functions including Assisting Candidates, Marketing and Sourcing for qualified Candidates.
Job Duties
- After hours staffing/scheduling coordination
- Dealing with Urgent and Stressful Situations
- Posting job advertisements
- Confirming availability and schedules of Per Diem staff
- Documenting each call and reporting to branch offices
- Uploading Applicants to our Applicant Tracking System
- Touching base with employees with upcoming starts
- Actively Sourcing candidates
- Special Projects as Needed

Required Schedule
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday
- Hours are from 4am - 9am
- Positions Provides 25 Hours per week
- Availability for additional coverage or weekends as needed is preferred
- Must be available during Holidays that fall within scheduled days
- Individual and on the job training provided
- Must have reliable internet and be in area with Cell Phone service
Compensation
- $10/hour
- 401K with a 4% Employer Match
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
