Pediatric Clinical Supervisor

Ro Health is looking for a pediatric school health clinical supervisor with 4 years of experience working with a variety of ages with complex medical concerns. Help support nurses who support the most fragile members of our community.

School Health Clinical Supervisor (RN) Position Details:

• Locations: Phoenix & Tucson, AZ

• Focus: Training & Case Management

• Available Positions: Per Diem (Hours are not guaranteed and will depend on demand and nurses completing our process). There is potential for more consistent hours down the line.

• Shift: Day Shifts, flexible

• Schedule: Flexible, On-call

Clinical Skills Preferred for Clinical Supervisor (RN):

• Strong assessment skills

• Experience writing care plans

• IEP review

• Strong training and communication skills

• Training of LPN/RN nurses

• Experience with Seizure Disorders

• Experience with Insulin Injections or Insulin Pumps

• Experience with Developmental Disabilities

• Experience with G-Tube feeding & medication

• Experience with Respiratory Treatments

• Tracheostomy and Vent Experience

• Care for visually impaired patients

Clinical Supervisor (RN) Job Duties:

• Conduct site visits at the school sites

• Knowledge of case management concepts

• Writing treatment plans

• Be available for guidance and training to LPNs and RNs on their assignments (On-call)

• Conduct in person skills assessments and training

• Many of our clients are medically fragile children and require patience and compassion

• Coordinate and check in with families we work with

Minimum Qualifications for Clinical Supervisor (RN):

• Arizona State Nursing License

• 4 years RN experience

• Current CPR/BLS Card

• Current Negative TB Result

• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
