The position requires a bright and personable individual excited to contribute to a multifaceted team by supporting the recruiting, staffing, business development and operational activities of a healthcare staffing business. This role is best suited for someone with an eye for detail, a strong, independent work ethic, an excellent sense of humor, and a knack of overcoming any and all obstacles set in front of them, by working through ambiguity.

Responsibilities for Support Specialist:
● Data Entry - Work with the team to ensure timely accurate entry of information regarding scheduling, client invoicing, provider pay, and provider credentialing
● Work with the team to ensure timely, accurate, weekly payroll through data entry, schedule checks and auditing
● Work with the team on marketing and advertising by placing pre-written ads on job boards, perform market research, and posting to social media
● Answering the phone in a professional and courteous manner ● Aide the teams in facilitating onboarding of healthcare providers as needed
● Attend systems training as needed
Qualifications for Support Specialist Required:
● High School Diploma (Some College Preferred)
● Attention to detail
● Basic computer skills
● Basic math skills
● Honest – must have a high level of integrity
● Passion – must demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Preferred:
● 1 year of work experience in any field
● Confidence learning and using information systems
● Previous data entry experience
