Marketing Project Manager

The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the execution and timely completion all client and internal marketing and advertising projects. They are responsible for managing all aspects of the production process, including timelines, daily workflows, and budgets. The project manager will work closely with the Account Executive(s) and Creative Director to help plan and prioritize the agency workflows to successfully achieve production goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Coordinates with senior staff on project scope, timeline, and client budgets.
• Works with each department and the staff accountant to ensure client billing is both accurate, profitable, and timely.
• Ensure cross-departmental alignment on project scope and specifications.
• Review and approve budgeted time for profitable and timely work.
• Assist in the creation of client proposals and bids.
• Assign to the project team members the tasks, timelines, and budgeted hours in the project management software.
• Day to day management of the project progression and budgeted time and resources – including freelance support.
• In conjunction with the Creative and Brand Strategy Director, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications Required:

Undergraduate degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.

3 years of project management and supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Compensation: Hourly
