- Interpret blueprints and technical documents to develop detailed project estimates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, project managers, and sub-contractors, to create constructability plans and estimates.
- Consult with industry experts and management to resolve estimate-related issues.
- Utilize software tools, including Excel and Bluebeam, to prepare and manage cost estimates.
- Assess project cost-effectiveness and propose strategies to enhance profitability.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with teams to prepare competitive client bids.
- Review and compare budgets against actual performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Assist in drafting work scopes, managing contract change orders, and negotiating project adjustments.
- Ensure timely submission of required documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Support multiple projects by applying strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
