About the Role:
We’re seeking an ambitious Technical Recruiter or Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Denver. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants, build your career, and play a key role in expanding our impact within renewable energy and power infrastructure.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with the team on-site in Denver three days a week, contributing to a dynamic environment where ideas are shared, and success is celebrated.
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, LoHi neighborhood)
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, our internal CRM, and referrals to identify, qualify, and build relationships with top candidates in the renewable energy and power delivery sectors.
- Database Management: Accurately populate and maintain our CRM with candidate information to streamline recruitment processes.
- Headhunting & Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify high-caliber professionals to meet client requirements, consistently delivering exceptional talent solutions.
- Industry Expertise: Develop your brand as an expert in renewable energy and power delivery through industry research, networking, and sharing insights on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Pipeline Management: Plan your workflow effectively to achieve weekly and monthly targets, maintaining focus and productivity.
- Offer Negotiation: Support candidates and clients during the offer stage to facilitate successful placements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-10 years of agency staffing experience with a proven track record of billing success.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Mindset: Ambitious, competitive, and motivated to achieve and exceed expectations.
Preferred Attributes:
- Previous experience or a strong interest in the Renewable Energy or Power Delivery sectors.
