What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant/ Front Desk Coordinator position at Roach Family Wellness PLLC?
Excellent opportunity to head up our Front Desk operations at our Chiropractic office located here in Altamonte Springs. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, personable person to help manage our front desk and assist our patients. Must be friendly, have the ability to multi-task, illustrate attention to detail and have a passion to help those that may need our care! Skills or abilities required see below:
- Front desk duties
- Schedules appointments, collect payments.
- Completes required documentation on patient profiles.
- Establishes and maintains chiro-touch files and patient records.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office- Chirotoouch a plus.
- Effectively maintain incoming phone calls and messages within a timely manner.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
The minimum educational requirement for becoming a medical office receptionist is a high school diploma or GED. Prefer a minimum of 1 year experience.
REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Valid driver's license and vehicle registration.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Sitting, standing, walking at desk, in office
Operation of office machinery and computer
Occasionally lift/move items
Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
Salary : $13 - $18
