Shotcrete Nozzleman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Shotcrete Nozzleman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shotcrete application and a commitment to safety and quality. As a Shotcrete Nozzleman, you will be responsible for setup, minor maintenance and operating the nozzle to apply shotcrete to various surfaces, ensuring proper thickness, texture, and adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate shotcrete nozzle to apply concrete to surfaces.
• Ensure proper mix and consistency of shotcrete.
• Maintain and clean equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Thorough cleanup of work area and equipment.
• Produce test panels as required.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to shotcrete application.

Qualifications:

• ACI Certification in Shotcrete Application.
• Proven experience as a Shotcrete Nozzleman.
• Knowledge of shotcrete application techniques for both dry and wet.
• Knowledge of vertical Shotcrete Application.
• Knowledge of shotcrete equipment (gun, nozzle, pump)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Drivers License.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
