About the Job
- $20,000 Sign-On Bonus! (Paid Quarterly Over 4 yrs Period)
- You get 88% From the Gross Pay! VAN & FLATBED Divisions!
- Gross between $6,000 $8,500 weekly. (The weekly earnings vary based on your preferred driving style and the division you are operating in.)
- $3,000 Referral Bonus when you bring your Owner Operator Friend! (Paid over 1 year)
- Optional Maintenance Fund - We add % on top of what you add!
- Self Dispatching Allowed.
- Personal Non-Forced Dedicated Dispatcher for daily Pre-Planning on your trips for maximizing your earnings.

Job Summary
- Owner Operator
- Flatbed trailer and Dry Van
- $6,000 - $8,500 gross total weekly avg. pay. Paid weekly.

- 2,500 - 3,400 avg. miles per week

Home Time
- 5 - 14 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home every weekend
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
- Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
- Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations.
- Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Equipment Requirements
- Max truck age : 15 years
- No overdimensional trucks allowed
Orientation Details
- Orientation is not paid for
- Does not cover accommodation
- Drivers get their own room
- No meals are included
- Orientation is performed partly or in full online
- Does not cover any travel expenses
Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 2 years OTR experience
