Road Machinery & Supplies Co. is searching for a Counterman/Warehouseman to join its team at its Duluth, MN location. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers who are sourcing parts for their equipment and providing them with exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for incoming phone and web parts requests.
- Research parts solutions for customers external and internal.
- Process quotes, purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, returns and FileBound.
- Utilize company, vendor, and industry resources to constantly grow knowledge of machines and their applicable parts.
- Assist customers looking for hard-to-find parts utilizing various resources.
- Responsible for creating and processing transfer orders and creating/receiving vendor purchase orders.
- Shipping, receiving and organizing inventory
- Continuing education.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Computer skills and the ability to use multiple software programs to perform daily tasks.
- Experience with parts sales – construction equipment parts experience is a plus but not required.
- Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.
- Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.
- Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.
