Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage day-to-day orders from assigned accounts via phone, email or walk in
- Enter customer orders
- Define the work scope, establish a due date and estimate the job cost
- Respond to customer RFQ (request for quotation) in a timely manner
- Follow up on previously quoted business
- Assist outside sales as necessary
- Develop a good understanding of customers and their needs
- Monitor in-process orders to ensure on-time delivery
- Notify customer when their order is complete
- Process payment when customer arrives for pick up
- Assist with shipping and inventory
Required Skills:
- Strong Math Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level of professionalism
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Associates Degree in Business or related field
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Print reading skills

- Experience in sales or within a manufacturing industry
