Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Rental Billing Specialist to join our team. The role involves managing rental invoices, conducting weekly collections, and handling related billing tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, possess phone etiquette, and be capable of maintaining accurate records through effective filing systems. A working knowledge of SAGE and TCR systems is a plus, but not required. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a repetitive task environment are essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Process rental invoices twice a month, ensuring accuracy.
- Conduct weekly collections and follow up on overdue payments.
- Proofread billing tickets to ensure accuracy before finalizing.
- Maintain organized filing systems for rental records and documents.
- Provide customer service, handling billing inquiries professionally.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when interacting with customers.
- Assisting with walk-in customers with general sales and rental.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with SAGE and TCR systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, especially by phone.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Previous billing or collections experience is a plus.
- Professional phone etiquette
