We are looking for a high-caliber, outgoing, and eager candidate to be our Marketing & Client Relations Specialist. This successful candidate will primarily…

· Be a lead on marketing communications. Social media presence and coordinating community events, sponsorships, and donations.

· Organization and facilitation of daily client activities between our multiple divisions.

· Developing a strong rapport with our client base and furthering business initiatives.

· Organization of our government contracts and play a key role in the preparation of our RFPs.

· Working with the President/CEO and Business Development Leader on special projects, business initiatives, and strategic goals.

· Supporting our divisions’ performance through client initiatives, monitoring client volume, strategizing and communicating disruptions of patterns with clients and internal team, escalating as needed.

· Consult with direct report and internal team as necessary, and follow-up with client to ensure completion of requests and inquiries.

· Manage and/or escalate complex issues that include some decision-making on upper management’s part.

· Other job duties as assigned (This job has no supervisory responsibilities).

· Be available during normal working hours and respond to all email/phone inquiries within 24 hours during the work week.

· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

· Experience in a similar position or professional work experience.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
