Lead Network Engineer

As our Lead Network Engineer, you'll oversee the stability, security, and performance of our networks, providing top-tier technical support and leading strategic projects. Key Responsibilities :

• Network Infrastructure : Manage and support our LAN, WAN, and wireless networks, including all core equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).
• Technical Troubleshooting : Act as the go-to expert for complex network issues, providing tier 2 and 3 support and leading critical problem resolution.
• Project Leadership : Own and lead network projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and efficient execution.
• Performance Optimization : Regularly analyze and fine-tune network performance, proactively addressing issues before they impact operations.
• Documentation and Tools : Keep network diagrams and procedures current, and use advanced network tools (Open DNS, TACACS , Infoblox) to maintain robust network services.
• 24 / 7 Support : Be available and flexibility to support network operations around the clock, 24x7x365 as needed, including occasional off-hours.
