Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager / Case Manger to join our team! As a Compliance Manager / Case Manager, you will be responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting any safety or compliance issues. You will also be working closely with management and staff to help ensure compliance with any and all state, federal, and company regulations. The ideal candidate is observant, has strong attention to detail, and has a deep understanding of regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for learning Residential Child Care Licensing General Residential Operation Minimum Standards, Road to Wisdom Employee Handbook, CARF Accreditation Standards. You will ensure we are complaint in all areas by collecting data, creating reports, presenting results from data, and offering assistance to the Administrative and Case Management Teams.
