Pure Madness Group is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage our social media presence, create eye-catching content, and provide essential support for our marketing initiatives. If you’re self-motivated, experienced in social media management, and passionate about creative design, this is the perfect opportunity for you. From digital campaigns to event activations and in-house design, you’ll play a key role while contributing to a collaborative and fun work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities

Social Media Management & Content Creation

  • Manage and execute social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, Substack, etc. ) ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor social channels, including Google and Yelp for our brewpubs, responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Edit, crop, and post photos, graphics, and videos to align with our brand identity.
  • Stay ahead of trends and adapt strategies for emerging platforms and shifting audience preferences.
  • Create long- and short-form videos to engage audiences.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and track the effectiveness of social media efforts (i.e., reach, engagement, and conversions).

Brewpub Event Activation & Event Marketing

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing on-site events at our brewpubs, such as beer dinners, ski movies, new beer releases, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Capture photos, videos, and live content for social media during events.
  • Ensure smooth event coordination and execution while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Promote events through social media channels, newsletters, and other marketing tools to drive attendance.
  • Collect feedback from attendees, analyze performance metrics, and provide suggestions for improving future events.
  • Track event budgets, timelines, and marketing deliverables to ensure all objectives are met.

Light Design Work & Branding Support

  • Design engaging content for social media, newsletters, and sell sheets using tools like Photoshop Canva and similar software and creating templates in Canva for the sales team.
  • Create promotional graphics, signage, and other marketing materials for in-house and on-site needs, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create graphic designs, promotional materials, and on-location displays that align with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and organize brand identity files, ensuring assets are consistent across all creative materials
  • Contribute ideas for in-store merchandising, signage, and displays to improve the customer experience.

General Marketing Support

  • Assist the Marketing Manager with various administrative tasks, including market research, compiling reports, and managing marketing schedules.
  • Provide support for email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Help coordinate partnerships, sponsorships, and promotional collaborations with relevant third parties.
  • Ensure all marketing activities align with company objectives, brand guidelines, and project timelines.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally with a focus on social media, event marketing, and design.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) for design work and content creation.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and experience in tracking performance metrics (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Skilled in SEO optimization and website hosting tools and experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for copywriting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience in event planning and activation, preferably in the brewery, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
  • A passion for marketing, brewing culture, and creating memorable customer experiences.
