Pure Madness Group, the largest brewery group in Wyoming, is seeking a Level 1 - Packaging Operator for its Roadhouse Brewing Company operation located in Jackson, WY.

Position Mission: Successfully aid in brewery production through packaging efforts, equipment maintenance and cleaning processes.
Overview: This position is essential to the core of our organization. As packaging operator, you will ensure the final quality of the products we produce. This role requires great attention to detail, the ability to operate canning and kegging lines, and (the ability to gain) some maintenance and repair knowledge. This position is part of a larger whole, the Pure Madness Team, and is expected to work well across all departments and maintain high levels of effective communication with coworkers.
Key Results:
- Operations:
- Operate and monitor packaging operations including canning, kegging and material supply staging.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all equipment.
- Adherence to the packaging schedule, ensuring output goals are achieved and any delays are managed.
- Preventative maintenance on equipment conducted according to the PM schedule.
- Safety:
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized workspace.
- Attend monthly production and safety meetings.
- Follow SOPs for chemical use and mechanical equipment operation.
- Alert leadership of any workplace safety concerns.
- Culture:
- Operate as a member of a high-performance team that values trust, respect and transparency.
- Follow Pure Madness Production System.
Location: Jackson, Wyoming.
Compensation
Compensation is hourly based (4 days) with overtime and bonuses. Increasing levels of competency, in turn result in higher wages per hour (see Packaging level breakdown) Benefits include 50% health insurance coverage, Paid Time Off, ESOP eligibility, affiliate discount programs, ski pass, and free beer.
