What are the responsibilities and job description for the Arcade / Theater Tech position at Roadhouse Cinemas?

Arcade / IT Tech - Tucson
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Multitask in the redemption booth, selling game cards and redeeming prizes simultaneously.
- Ensure guest safety by following all required safety processes and protocols
- Problem solve to find any issues with Rail Yard / Roadies equipment
- General maintenance on any equipment / software in Rail Yard / Roadies
- Assist IT manager with any IT related issues / projects
- Assist in supporting end-users and guests (computers, games, tablets, printers, arcade games)
- Assist in maintaining and supporting POS systems and equipment
- Assist in maintaining and supporting arcade, laser tag, bowling systems, axe throwing, etc...
- Help and guide arcade attendants and Axeperts with any technological inquiries
- Deep clean games / equipment
- Assist in maintaining projections systems (training provided)
- Assist events coordinator with AV and tech needs to events
- Maintain logs of fixes and repairs
- Assist in creating EPL's
- Ensure proper usage of RHC equipment (Kiosks, card readers, POS systems, bowling equipment, arcade games, Intercard, axe throwing etc)
- Answer phones with professionalism, effectively addressing guest questions and concerns
- Know and communicate arcade game card and point redemption, bowling, axe throwing, laser tag, etc
- Conduct ticket, game and redemption sales, knowing company policy when to offer comps
- Engage in professional communications with staff and guests at all times
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify common computer, networking and end user issues
- Daily verification of correct price labels on the appropriate prizes
- Maintain Rail Yard and Roadies cleanliness inside and out, including debris in walk ways
- Complete side-work as assigned
- Review bathroom cleanliness each time you use it (per training guidelines)
- Perform other duties as assigned Experience and Education : Basic math skills
