Food Server

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, whether in a nightclub setting, fine dining establishment, or casual eatery.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest services by welcoming and assisting customers with their needs.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are met.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining quality and presentation.
• Operate the cash register and POS system for processing transactions, handling cash, and managing payments.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that arise during service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Experience in hospitality or fine dining settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
• Proficiency with POS systems or cash registers is advantageous.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
