We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the supervisor or healthcare team.
- Provide respite care for family members as needed.
- Document and maintain accurate records of care provided.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role preferred.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient with a strong desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to lift and assist clients with mobility.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation. Benefits :
