We are looking for a Hospice RN Case Manager to work in Albuquerque, NM and Surrounding areas. This a full-time position Monday-Friday with a call-rotation as needed. This position is salaried with a mileage stipend . Join our dynamic team of professionals in a supportive culture.

The Hospice RN plans, organizes and directs hospice care and is experienced in nursing with emphasis on community health education/experience.
