The Outside Coordinators for the Auto Auction handles accounts such as GM Financial, Ally Bank, Santander, Westlake and other finance companies and automotive dealerships.
The outside account coordinator works with sales and inside account coordinators to handle all matters to do with accounts and administering daily and weekly support including inventory management and proper staging of vehicles via coordination with operations. This job takes place primarily outside on the auction lot but occasionally works with fleet lease department in the auction main office as well.
Responsibilities:
Vehicle Movement and Staging:
- Coordinate the movement of vehicles within the designated location, ensuring efficient and organized placement.
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicles to identify any visible damage or issues.
- Stage vehicles according to predefined guidelines, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
Sale Sticker Placement:
- Affix sale stickers or other identification tags on vehicles in a consistent and visually appealing manner.
- Ensure accurate placement of sale stickers, adhering to company branding and guidelines.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the timely removal of sale stickers upon completion of sales.
Vehicle Inspection:
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles to identify any visible damage or issues.
- Document and report any observed damages or concerns promptly to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in coordinating necessary repairs or maintenance based on the inspection findings.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5pm *additional hours can be required due to weather and inventory fluctuation

Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One (1) to two (2) years operational support or similar experience preferred.
- Automotive dealership, finance, rental car or fleet management experience preferred.
- Account or inventory coordination experience required.
- Competent with basic MS Office and learning auto auction software or aptitude for learning new programs
- Experience with AutoIMS or other rental car, dealership or remarketing software helpful
