- Maintain product knowledge to effectively sell and upsell merchandise to customers.
- Stock shelves and organize products to ensure a visually appealing store layout.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
