About The Role

As a Drive Service Professional you will be responsible for picking up and delivering a wide variety of vehicles to locations across the Chicago Metro Area. You will enjoy the freedom of the open road while working in a safe, structured environment that values your time, skills, and commitment to excellence.

Each day, you'll begin by reporting to your designated store or hub location, interact with our customers directly, and transport vehicles to designated destinations. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to earn competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Pickup and deliver vehicles to designated locations throughout the day within the Chicago Metro Area
• Drive long distances (up to 8-10 hours per day) in varying weather conditions
• Ensure timely arrivals and departures, adhering to scheduled routes
• Use technology and mobile apps for dispatcher communication, vehicle assignments, and safety checks
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers regarding vehicle status and delivery schedules
• Maintain a safety-first mindset at all times

Skills

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to drive and operate manual transmission vehicles
• Physically capable of working in large parking lots, ascending and descending stairs, and performing inspections of vehicles
• Must be able to get in and out of vehicles with varying heights throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting vehicles for damages or VINs (bending, kneeling, and stooping required)
• Must be comfortable with technology and have the ability to operate various mobile applications
• Customer service mindset
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Hourly Pay: $15-16 per hour
• Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit
• Shifts: Full-time, 5-day work weeks with consistent hours
