Position Overview :
As a Roadside Service Technician, you will be the face of our company, providing essential services to stranded motorists. Your primary duties will include responding to calls for lockouts, fuel delivery, jump starts, battery replacements, tire changes, and towing. Your strong customer service skills and mechanical knowledge will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of assistance during their time of need.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to roadside assistance calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform lockout services for vehicles.
