Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Experience in the food industry, particularly within a nightclub setting, is preferred.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using OpenTable or similar systems.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.
- Work as part of a team to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is highly desirable, especially in a nightclub or high-energy environment.
- Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
