Duties

- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining product displays to ensure an organized shopping environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area.
- Support sales initiatives by promoting store products and services effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cash handling, preferably in a retail or grocery store setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers is highly desirable.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries when necessary.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in retail sales or supervising is a plus.
