This is a remote position based in Nevada or Arizona. Candidates must reside full time in Arizona or Nevada . This position will require travel 80%-90% of the time to our stations across North America to conduct onboarding and training for new hires. In addition this position will conduct follow up training as needed.

• This position will have on the job training in Germany for 3-4 weeks upon being hired. Candidate must have a valid US passport, valid in state driver's license and ability to complete on the job training in Germany for 3-4 weeks upon being hired.

The role - your passion :

Onboarding : Enhance and deliver an onboarding experience for new employees and hiring managers to assimilate into the Roadsurfer culture making sure they’re “road-ready” and fully prepared to succeed from day one.

On-site Station Training : You travel to different locations to deliver hands-on, practical training sessions, establishing consistent knowledge and service standards across all stations. Travel for this position will be within North America. You must have a valid passport and ability to travel within the US and Canada.

Online Learning : Using our digital training tools, you create and lead interactive training sessions, allowing our team to access up-to-date content anytime, anywhere in the world.

Knowledge Sharing : You collaborate closely with internal teams to pass along essential information and updates to our team members across stations.

Provide ongoing consultation on Learning & Development research, learning theory and technologies, instructional design, and learning technologies.

Collaborate with Training & Learning partners in Germany on training implementation plans and feedback cycle to drive continuous improvement.

Developing Training Resources : You create and refine training materials, guides, and resources that make learning straightforward and effective for all team members.

Routinely measure and assess the effectiveness of training being conducted to ensure expectations and contractual obligations are being met

Perform other duties as requested.

What you need to surf the wave with us :

Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey information clearly and engagingly

At least 1-2 years of training or learning experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment

Independent and flexible, ready to travel across cities and countries as needed

Constructive feedback giver and receiver, committed to continuous growth

Empathy and patience to support and guide team members effectively

Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

Training & Development Certifications a plus

Bachelors Degree in related field a plus

Ability to travel up to 80% of the time within the continental US and Canada.

A strategic mindset, with the ability to connect effective development initiatives with business needs

Knowledge and experience with different training delivery methods (OJT, Web-based, etc.) and types (technical, professional, team, safety, etc.)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, walk, reach with hands and arms, use hands to handle, feel or type, and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 30 pounds; and occasionally lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.

Status : Exempt-Full Time

Pay Band : $60k-$68k based on experience and location

Compensation Range : $60K - $68K

Salary : $60,000 - $68,000
