Road Trip is looking for a motivated Hourly Manager to oversee daily operations and assist in managing our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff during shifts
- Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by maintaining a friendly and efficient environment
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in training and developing new employees
- Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry
- Toast experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Weekends are a must.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
